Ryan Vet got his start because people wanted to know why Millennials weren’t buying houses. Millennials weren’t old enough to buy houses yet.

That has been the pattern of his career since. He was working at the front edge of social media before most organizations had a plan for it. In the early 2010s he was sketching AI algorithms on napkins, more than a decade before it became a conference topic. He is not drawn to the future as a subject. He has just never been much good at waiting for it.

He is also a practitioner first. Ryan incorporated his first company at fourteen and spent the next two decades founding and running businesses across technology, healthcare, and hospitality, leading teams, including international ones, across all five generations in today’s workforce.
